“The resort is beautiful and the casita was very well laid out. The only negative about the room was the couch and chairs were pretty uncomfortable. Also, be aware the casitas have several steps going between living room and kitchen; kitchen and bedroom, and then bedroom and bathroom, so be careful of tripping. Also, the web site does state it, but you have to look, during slow season the indoor restaurant is closed, so the only option is the pool bar or driving the golf cart to another...

“Staff did a great job with cleaning our room. You MUST notify them when you want it to be cleaned. We booked a big room and had to downgrade to a smaller one because of construction that starts very early. I was expecting some money back or incentives due to the downgrade. But nothing. Any issues you have, and I mean as soon as it happens. Notify them. We had an issue with our golf cart the 1st day and I mentioned it. My boyfriend and hotel manager said everything was okay. And we continued...
