“Our stay in The Coast hotel was really amazing. The staff are really nice and accommodating to our needs. The hotel itself is amazing with a pool and beach access. The hotel is close to downtown tamarindo which is a plus if you’re looking for some peace and relaxation away from the busy downtown. We enjoyed our experience and will definitely come back if we get the chance.”

“Ask them if there will be any construction next to your room before you make a reservation. I know the hotels have to remodel etc. But the hammering and grinders starting at 7 am everyday in the next room was a bit much. I would have rather of spent my $$ somewhere else if they would have given us the option and then we could have gone back next year and tried them out. Unfortunately this first visit didn't cut it for us. There is a ton of options in Costa Rica to have a nice quiet peaceful...

“It was a beautiful place in the center of it all. The service was great and the best part were the breakfast in the morning, every day a new treat and cultural experience. The rooms were spacious and the management team was very accomodating to our needs. I'd recommend it purely because of this and location!”

Monkeys in the trees and beautiful birds. We traveled with 4 teenagers who loved the location, walkable to town, or short uber. Fun shopping and local restaurants on the beach. Ocean is swimmable with local rentals in town. Villas are spacious and well stocked with kitchen, large living room. Staff was very helpful...

“I had such an amazing experience here. patrick was so helpful- he set me up with a ride from the airport to the hotel (which was 5 hours away) and for a great price. they had the cutest Pomeranian named wyatt that I absolutely adored, sandra booked all my excursions which I had a BLAST at each of these. they had a pool that I took full advantage of, the room was cozy. the shower was great. “De la Playa was amazing. We had security at night to make us feel safe. We had access to its sister hotel right next door, the Tamarindo Diara. Both hotels were right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. Highly recommend this property, staff was amazing, you will not be disappointed, will be back soon”
