“El cuarto mejor imposible excelente vista la calefaccion mejor imposible baño de calidad hace falta un poco de comodidades como hervidor refrigerador pero no era impedimiento para salir impresionado del hotel. Lo unico malo y lo que no me gusto era que se escucha todo lo de la pieza de alado falta un poco de privacidad. Seria ideal que hicieran algo para los sonidos de las habitaciones de alado... restaurant llegamos el primer dia la cena que no era a la carta estaba mucho mejor que el 2do dia...

“My two sisters and husband stayed here for 3 nights and lioved the apartment. The people at the desk were great and their English was just ok. The area was great for food and easy to get around. Clean and friendly staff. Only drawbacks if you can’t do steps this is not the place for you!!4th fl. No elevators! ”

“I think it's almost market. There were too many guest and it looked it's out of their gauage. They looked to focus on their working not guest so missed many things. I will not visit here again. ”

“The hotel is located close to the more peaceful part of the park - this means however that a lot of driving or long transfers are needed for the Eastern parts. Transfers and activities are horribly expensive, but this is the case everywhere in Torres del Paine. Overall, we liked the location as the roads were empty, we had our own car and the views from our room were magnificent. A few other positives: the spa was great, even if at times it felt crowded. Era mi 2nd vez de visita y las dos veces tuve dificultadeds por eso.u localizacion esta super y el cuarto es super limpio pero no receptan amable en recepcion. No me gusto nada de su servicio. No me volveria a visitar”
