“all bedding and surfaces seemed clean, but floors felt dingy.”

“Very efficient staff who were respectful of privacy. Place was quiet clean and safe feeling. I stay here several times every year. Air, microwave & everything else worked as expected.”

“Very nice rooms. Very convenient.”

“It was cozy and comfortable during my stay at the Hyatt hotel. And staffs at the counter, they always greeted me when I went in and out Speaking of foods, they provided fresh bread and fruits every morning, which helped me to do my job in USA And there were various kinds of restaurants around the hotel so that you could choose and taste any dishes you wanted in the evening Especially I needed a backpack for my business trips and found a nice and exact stationery shop and bought one. Thanks...

“Arrived to check in for a 2 night stay and they had cancelled my reservation. We had no where to stay. Will never go back to that Quality Inn.”

“The hotel manager was very nice and helpful! The room was clean and had a comfortable mattress!”

“The property was ok, and the staff tried to be helpful. The problem was that, after we checked in, we were told that they had no key machine, which meant that we were not given a room key. Every time we left the room, we had to ask someone at the front desk to go up to the room to let us back in. He was trying check people in,...

“L’endroit manque beaucoup d’entretien. Il s’agit d’un endroit pour dormir seulement. Il y avait des odeurs désagréables dans nos chambres.”

“There is a fee depending on the size of the pet but it is a reasonable amount. The website does not factor this in to the price listed so keep that in mind, you will pay this on check in. Make sure you declare your pet, otherwise a small fee can turn into a couple hundred dollars. The staff was great. The room could have been a little cleaner (the floors needed to be swept and mopped) but overall it was great. If ever travellimg through this area again, will definitely stay here again.”

“I booked this hotel due to price and 9.0 rating. The bad: bathroom was dirty. Tub moldy around the edges. Toilet sounded like the ones they have on airplanes…very loud when you flushed it but didn’t have hardly any water. Had to kill big black bug in room. Hotel is next to a 4 lane on ramp so there was traffic noise at times, sometimes loud. Pillows were marginal at best. Bed was not bad but sheets felt damp. In fact the whole room was musty. Floor shook when you walked on it. On a good note the...
