“Elevator did not work. Had to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs”

“It’s a motel with a decent room and minimal amenities. There’s an almost 3% charge to use a credit card as payment, which was not known until I arrived at the property.”

“The elevator didn’t work in the morning so we had to carry heavy luggage down the stairs”

“This is my first time at this hotel and it was truly remarkable and unexpected. While I usually stick with the brand names for safety and consistency on my work travels, this hotel was an unexpected pleasant surprise. The unassuming gray building, is easy to access”
