Great place to stay! Staff were great and room was large with beautiful bathroom, walk in shower. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would strongly recommend staying at the Hotel Regina!

As noted in other reviews this hotel is in a residential area which equates to a quiet and secure stay. Very attentive and helpful staff at all levels. We stayed here at the beginning of our stay and then again tens days later prior to leaving for a total of five nights. Both times were wonderful. The breakfast is expansive and complete. Traveled with my wife and 2 kids (teens) We had a connecting room which was great. Facilities are clean, modern and secure. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Clean. Morning buffet was fantastic. And more importantly the staff !!! Yevgeniy was somehow always available to answer any questions. And all the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Id definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

This hotel is perfectly located, has very friendly and helpful staff and has king size beds! The rooms are nicely appointed and clean. The breakfast buffet was very nice with good variety. I tried hard to find a “local” hotel offering king size beds (required for my tall family) and batted zero. This hotel gave us the Spanish experience completely. Will stay there again on our next visit to Madrid.

Attractive exterior and very clean throughout the building. Beds were comfortable and bathroom shower was great. Wonderful to have kitchen facilities and coffee. Definitely would recommend

We had a family double room for 3 adult and it’s roomy and comfortable. Right on Gran Via so it’s so easy for shopping and dining. The hotel has a roof top bar which has a beautiful view of Madrid. It’s an excellent place to spend the evening with friends/family. The breakfast is GREAT with very nice setting and excellent varieties. Very happy with our stay.

FABULOUS stay-THE LEVEL 15th floor for a week, with personal attention customer satisfaction! Offered quiet repose for breakfast and opportunity for meetings plus all day restorative tapas and tinto included! The staff graciously accommodated a gluten allergy issue for not only breakfast but throughout the day providing for "sin gluten" tapas. Very clean and comfortable, delicious breakfast with many options. Shower water pressure "A" plus. We rented two rooms, and we were more than satisfied. Highly recommend this hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel, very clean. Location isn't good to have fun around but perfect if you have to go to the airport next day.
