"This is a really cute little hotel and a great part of Madrid. The rooms are kind of small but very comfortable but it’s the staff that’s truly outstanding. They couldn’t do enough and we’re just a pleasure to talk to."

"Stayed for 11 nights. Breakfast was very good. Staff was super nice and a great help. We ate a couple times at the bar and it was a good, drinks and food were reasonably priced, especially for a hotel. Rooms were super quiet with nice bathrooms and lots of space. Metro is a very short walk. If we go back to Madrid, we're definitely going back here."

"Hotel Regina is super centrally located. You can literally walk everywhere. The rooms spare no details. The only drawback was the restaurant in the property which is not part of the hotel. This could have been better but not their fault."

Beyond the immediate shock, we are gravely concerned about the potential health risks. If these bloodstains carry any infectious diseases, it poses a direct threat to our well-being."
