“Staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Room was clean. In room coffee was good. Room itself did not meet expectations. The standard "city view" room was a half basement with a small window looking at eye level onto the floor of a narrow alley - not the airy room shown in the photos. The "private bath" was a toilet in the corner with no fan so any smells would linger. The ceiling was so thin that if your neighbor was walking around up at 4 am to pack for a flight, you were also up at 4...
