“Breakfast is a bit expensive in my opinion esp if your traveling with young kids who are picky and still have to pay normal prices even though they don’t eat much. But other the. That it was good. There was poop in the pool for two days and the staff didn’t clean it—regardless of bringing it to their attention. And how do I know it was poop, one of the kids stepped on it and it stained the bottom of the pool. So idk how long after they cleaned it. But two days in a row, it was there.”

“The hotel is in a very convenient area. Extremely walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t as much as an ocean view as I expected and the rooftop pool had mold so I was sad that I got in it. Otherwise our room was very clean and it was great for our stay.”

“The room was clean and basic. We were there basically just to sleep & shower so for that it was fine. However the standard room is very small with no view/balcony area (nowhere to hang wet clothing). However i feel like the staff wasn’t very helpful when we got there. The week of arrival, I had to do an “online check in” for “faster” check in however when we got there the room was not ready for the 3pm check in time. I asked around 3:30 and the guy at front desk wasn’t saying anything just that...
