“Housekeeping is excellent considering the rooms are not updated they are accommodating to visitors request. Some Registration staff are on rotation from other islands and are very professional. It appears I encountered only one agent who wasn’t taught how to seek out answers to questions proposed and didn’t seem to know the “I’m not so sure or let me double check that”. As travelers I know see and feel when a person is unsure but appears to conjure an answer that is very questionable. Therefore...

“We had a wonderful time celebrating our 40th anniversary at Renaissance Wind Creek Curacao resort. The staff could not have been friendlier. The concierge staff was very helpful making reservations, calling cabs, giving directions, and providing great suggestions. The Infinity Beach Club was fantastic! We spent hours and hours there. The restaurants we tried in the RIF Fort were excellent, especially Kaya and Ocean House. Highly recommend!”

“Our trip was great, the hotel staff greeted us with kindness and if we had any issues with our room the hotel made sure to correct it. The hotel's beach and pool were outstanding. I loved every minute of our trip.”

“Die Palmdach-Hütten der Mondi-Lodge und die gesamte Anlage sind wirklich etwas Besonderes. Man muss sich darauf einlassen. Die Lodge ist kein Luxus-Resort sondern eher ein Ort an dem Begegnung und echtes Leben möglich ist. Im Garten haben wir Kolibris, diverse Vögel, Eidechsen und Leguane gesehen :-). Die Gastgeberin Danita ist ein unfassbar herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Sie hat uns wirklich sehr viele gute Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants gegeben und die Hütten sind mit allen...
