“The room was clean and basic. We were there basically just to sleep & shower so for that it was fine. However the standard room is very small with no view/balcony area (nowhere to hang wet clothing). However i feel like the staff wasn’t very helpful when we got there. The week of arrival, I had to do an “online check in” for “faster” check in however when we got there the room was not ready for the 3pm check in time. I asked around 3:30 and the guy at front desk wasn’t saying anything just that...

The people working at this lovely boutique hotel (formerly a monastery) in Willemstad go out of their way to create a feeling of home, friendliness and warmth and they succeed!! The hotel is delightful, with a inner court yard with seating areas, buffet breakfast, swimming pool, in a quiet area but close to many great restaurants. Comfortable rooms with AC. Bar and onsite Mediterrean tapa restaurant Oliva. Would I return? Oh...
