“Staff could have been a little more helpful”

“My experience was mixed. The front-desk staff were pleasant and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my experience at the beach restaurant was disappointing. The service was slow, and I felt as though I had to approach the staff myself to follow up on my order rather than being attended to in a timely manner. I expected a more attentive and consistent level of service throughout my stay. Unfortunately, the experience at the beach restaurant left me feeling overlooked and not fully taken...

“We really enjoyed our stay. I know some have issues with their not being a beach on-site but we really enjoyed the quietness of the resort and the opportunity to get away from everything. The staff was wonderful! Only thing that we would like to see better would be the food options for room service. It was hit or miss on quality and there was no variation and limited options unless you went to Dreams.”

“Our stay at Lion's Dive was wonderful. The resort was quiet and relaxing. We loved being able to stay at the resort to swim, snorkel, and relax. There were so many restaurants on site and at the plaza right next to the resort. I would highly recommend staying here.”

“The room could be better. My children enjoyed the slides the food was good.”

“Room was big and very nice. Nice balcony view of the ocean as well. You can rent snorkels or bring your own and snorkel right at the resort to see lots of fish.”

“People in the front desk, they are professional and good guide for us to hVe a great tour. One ride for a day to town (Punda) , good wifi, good pool bar with happy hour, big zaqucci. ”

“Amazing visit Thank you so much for all your help We definitely coming back again !!”

“Great 50th Birthday Stay with a Few Practical Tips for US Travelers! I recently stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday, and overall, it was a wonderful trip. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond—everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our entire stay. That being said, there are a few important details I wish I had known beforehand that would definitely help other travelers: • Power Voltage: The resort runs on 240V power. If you are visiting...

“Excellent service all round”

“Stayed here the first half of my birthday trip & I loved it ! I initially book The Garden , & ended up wanting to switch to The Ivory & I fell in love with it ! The staff was helpful to a certain extent. They were speaking Spanish to one another & smirking when I requested to change rooms , & acted like it was coming out of their paycheck. I guess they thought I couldn’t speak Spanish. Well you never know who’s bilingual & who’s not. They did not inform the person at the front desk , so when it...
