Amazing experience

Clean room, staff, family, and friendly swimming pool and the beach

Excellent property that fits families as well as couples. Our room was very clean. Staff were nice. Swimming pools and beach were excellent. I’d come back.

Ali at front desk was exceptional. Lovely five star all inclusive resort, and unlike many Egypt Five Star ratings, this one was earned. Spacious, clean and well maintained, well worth the extra money vis a vis the adjacent JAZ resorts, even more luxurious and modern feeling than the other nearby Steigenberger Coraya resort which has a more clustered and rustic vibe, although closer to the sandy beach.

This is a fantastic resort property. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. The food and staff are fantastic. There were activities on the beach like volleyball and yoga. There is an onsite dive shop and an activity center that can book you for parasailing and snorkeling. I believe some of the reviews for this hotel said there is snorkeling right off the hotel beach, but I did not see any (it is a bay, not a coral reef). The only other negative is the resort area where this hotel is at is far away...

This was an awesome experience! Excellent hotel, superb customer service, great food, beautiful grounds, great snorkeling, and most important to me, extremely CLEAN. Definitely want to come back!

Rixos hotel exceeded my expectations by a mile. The staff were very helpful especially Mariam Magdy. I will definitely stay there again.

This was my second visit to this resort and I was not disappointed. The grounds are green and well maintained, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Even prior to my arrival I contacted the resort and they were able to accommodate all my needs and address my questions. Thank you, Mohamed Hefny, Marawan Tarek and the rest of the team for making my stay comfortable. Entertainment team is working tirelessly to make the leisure pleasant and fun. Huge thanks to Lucas, Artiem, Masha, Vlad,...

Very clean and staff is excellent and they do care about customer food was excellent and very big variety in the breakfast buffet and 4 restaurants at dinner to choose from ,chief Mohammad is amazing, the only thing by the beach there were flies and at night there were mosquitoes when you are outside

Wonderful relaxation area. There were no problems with lunch or dinner orders at all. Each employee is ready to help and solve your problem, if something needed to be solved.

Best hotel stay we’ve ever had! And we travel a lot! This hotel is exceptional! Extremely polite and friendly staff, food is absolutely outstanding especially in the buffet and at Tanga a la carte restaurants, the street where the hotel lies in reminds me of Barcelona Spain streets with beautiful designs, pieces of art, shops, street music

Swissotel is an incredible resort! I came here with my 2 year old child, husband and the grandparents, and it truly had something for everyone. The buffet is huge with so much choice, and I wouldn’t miss the a la carte options either. What made it even more special is the extra care and attention provided by our guest relations specialist Aya Ashraf, who checked on us every step of the way, and even helped us make certain changes to improve the quality of our stay, and reservations in...

From the reception to the beach everything was super clean and sparkling. Plants and trees were well taken care of and hotel and garden staff were amazing in doing there job. When I wanted something I got it within 5 minutes. Food was great and inclusive with my room. What I loved about the hotel was it was quiet and calm, kind of like a retreat. Everything was flawless.
