"Didn’t realize the hotel was halfway up the mountain when I booked but it was a pleasant surprise. Was kinda lost a first trying to find it but once you figure it out and get up to it the view is great and the hotel itself is perfect. "

"Stayed in Studio with Sauna. The room was spacious enough for solo traveler, and a small kitchen was available which was good. Sauna worked well. But the building was quite old, and the bedroom was a bit cold when sleeping. Looked not very clean, and there was some uncomfortable smell at shower room. "

"Great property with the most friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic beating the breakfast I’ve had in Italy. Great coffee, fresh juice/smoothie and honeycomb for my fresh yogurt. Property is on the ski slop with ski in and ski out. Only downside is restaurant is closed for lunch, the cafe had a few snack options but no other food restaurants near by and there is no elevator. A small handicap/luggage elevator would do wonders. Probably my best stay on my 3 week trip to Europe. "

"When we booked this hotel, we thought it was only a hotel. But, it is actually so much more! It is an Olympic training center, so they have many activities from which to choose. Since this was a quick stay for just one night to catch a plane the next morning, we only had the afternoon to take advantage of the facilities. And that we did! We utilized the snack bar several times, used the lifting gym, and went bowling. There is something there for everyone: multiple swimming pools, a huge kids...

"initially the room temperature were cool enough, 21ºC. When I complained, the receiption promised to send me the technician by tomorrow. When I insist, she promised to find one soon who never come till over an hour. When I chased, she suddenly ask the kitchen man to came my room who finally overcome temporary. Tomorrow morning I complained cause of insomnia due to cold in the room. Finally she called a man to brought the heater fan to overcome. Basically the receiptionist was reluctant to do...

"The hotel reception and main building was pretty nice but the apartment we were assigned was okay. The building/ apartments were old and pretty outdated and the beds were not the most comfortable. Somehow we ran out of hot water at night after using the sauna and had to shower in freezing cold water. Maintenance stopped by early the next morning but the issue had resolved itself. Pretty expensive for what we received. Buffet breakfast was good and they had a lot of options! "

"The property has everything you need for 2 people, it would be very cramped with anymore than 2 adults and 1 small child, the kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are comfy, it’s warm and clean and the sauna is lovely. What they failed to tell us is that Saturdays is ‘change over day’ which meant we had to move apartments after our first night not giving us even 24 hours in 1 apartment, it caused us to loose a days skiing due to waiting around for a phone call to Inform us that the new apartment...
