“Our hostess, Sophie has been excellent with local places of interest including some local restaurants. Our “villa” was very comfortable and fresh with a queen sized bed. Our stay was made very enjoyable, even the local patisserie/boulangerie were welcoming. We even bought some of Sophie’s porcelain ”

“Ignore the surrounding area, when you step in side the whole place becomes an experience. The quality of the decor, the furniture, the layout is just amazing. The family staff make you really welcome, everywhere is spotless and clean.”

“Superb communication ahead of us travelling and an excellent friendly welcome from antoine. Showed us around sand made us feel at home. Gave us advice on things to do and suggestions on where to eat. Simple but fresh & tasty breakfast ready in the morning was provided at out convenience. Overall a great place to stay in a relaxing & peaceful location. ”

“Nous sommes restes 3 jours Les serviettes de toilettes n'ont pas ete changees, l'espace douche est tres etroit. Odeur desagreable en entrant dans la chambre. Les appliques pres du lit ne fonctionnaient pas et en tres mauvais etat. Petit dejeuner correct Le personnel d'accueil tres aimable. Le prix est bas. Hotel bien place pour acceder au tram ”

“We received a warm welcome at the Hotel Ariane reception and given a complementary drinks voucher. The hotel is very central within easy reach of the town centre and all the main visitor sites e.g. Menin Gate. The staff are very kind and all speak fluent English. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel.”

"Parking excess was difficult and there wasn't previous info for the pin code. The light in the toilet was out of order but didn't changed even we requested. Sofa bed was not prepared even we arrived at 6pm. There were only 1 person at the front desk and difficult to communicate in English. Location of the hotel was good but other things were not recommendable."
