"Safe and great location within the center, just about 8mins walk to Central Train and Bus Stations. 24-Hr reception with free Coffee/Tea at Dining Area. Clean and Comportable room size. Free BF with loads to choose however the fresh pastries caught my attention. High customer service from reception to kitchen staffs - Victoria, Pele, Ester and another lady from kitchen. High salute to Silvia and Marco both from reception, super helpful with queries and directions...extending efforts to fulfill...

"The hotel is conveniently situated and all the main areas of the city centre are only a short walk away. All of the hotel staff we met were helpful, friendly and professional and they made our stay a very pleasant one. There is a good choice of food on the breakfast buffet. Our room was comfortable and was cleaned every day. Our room was on the first floor and for anyone with access issues it is worth noting that the lift stops at a landing between floors, rather than at the floor itself. "

"This hotel is great, however the temperature control in the room is terrible. We could not change it from the room, we had to ask reception. How can it be freezing cold at 23deg and too hot at 24 deg. I asked for the shower not to be over the bath, we got a shower over the bath with no apology or recognition of our request,"
