"The staff was amazing. I called the front desk to ask for assistance zipping my top because I traveled alone. The staff didn't make me feel bad for asking. Valet staff was fast and efficient. Everyone that I encountered was helpful and nice. "

"This hotel is under renovation in some parts. There is no real place for sit down dinner but there is a bar and a few high top tables. The bartender was also the cook so a little slow but honestly this guy could cook! Best Alfredo! Decent menu. The staff was so nice too! The elevators were not working well during our stay. For the price we paid, cannot complain about the place !"

"The property was beautiful and everyone of the staff that we encountered were so nice and helpful. It was close to the things that we wanted to do. The food was great as was the service. The only thing I did not like is that our first night there we were having a drink at the bar. It was fairly early in the evening so they were not overly busy. The lady bartender was very nice and efficient. Then someone that I assume was in management went behind the bar and started telling her that she had better do a better job of checking to be sure of the room number of people charging to their room or in the future she would be paying the charges out of her pocket. This may have been something that needed to be said to the the woman but doing it in front of customers was VERY tacky. No class Susan Stadie"
