“The staff was friendly and very accommodating.”

“The room and shared spaces such as the coffee area were nice and tidy. The bathroom was large. There was one lounge chair in the room and one desk chair so a bit difficult to eat. The chairs in the back area were nice but there was no shade. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was easy to find food whether it was restaurants or groceries. A very cute antique/gift store "downtown".”

“To be quite honest, I’ve never stayed in a hotel where we can walk up to your room from the parking lot and didn’t have much hope but to my surprise, The hotel property was very well managed and clean!! The staff was great. They were there when needed. The room itself was very clean. Very comfortable beds and pillow. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.”

“The place was clean, did not see any critters. I know many people like the low price. Funny thing I slept excellent, most hotels/motels I never sleep the first night. I was in bed by 9:30pm wonderful! I would stay again.”

“The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.”

“It was in a nice safer area subdivision. 3 miles from Chico State. House was clean. No Real activities around but we came For graduation. ”
