“The worst part of this stay was that some of the towels & bed sheets had stains. One of the stains on the sheets was a partial lipstick mark & some mystery faded brown stain that looked kind of like dried blood. The bathroom looked clean but smelled like stale urine or body odor. The towels were thin & felt old & dingy. The sink/vanity area was located outside the bathroom & looked new/updated. The shower had the shampoo & conditioner dispensers but the shampoo was out & there was no shower...

“We requested a handicap access room. However none of these room have walk in showers. They only have tubs. The tubs should be removed at least for a proper ADA compliant type room.”

“Very reasonable price. I've stayed here before and I always get a good night sleep. Big bathroom. Air conditioner works well. I'll be staying here again. Thank you.”

“This is a great value. Much cheaper than the other hotels. Outside of town but close to the freeway, it was quiet and my room was fine. Microwave, refrigerator, and air conditioner worked great. Comfortable bed with clean linen. I'll stay here again.”

“Transients break into the rooms all the time because the room i got someone took a shower left the rag used. Coffee pot was used. And the bed the sheets were dirty. The bathroom is how they would get in. I hope they upgrade”

“The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.”

“It was in a nice safer area subdivision. 3 miles from Chico State. House was clean. No Real activities around but we came For graduation. ”
