“A 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4* one because it has a ‘spa’. Very tired in places especially around the spa area and corridors was in terrible condition. Being shown to your room through the underground car park wasn’t the best start. Paper cups in the rooms really cheap. Though the room was clean, and of nice decor, modern and a good view the bathroom was tired. The breakfast had a good selection of food, but the hot food was not so hot and was catering to the masses. The website is...

“Customer service was outstanding. Reception staff were extremely helpful. Very relaxing pool. Very nice steam room and sauna. The spa staff were excellent and the treatments were first rate. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. The boot room was spacious. The only slight criticism is that the lockers are not ventilated or heated. The breakfast was very good for a 3* hotel. We ate at the restaurant twice and both meals were excellent. The dining room/breakfast room is more like a cosy salon...

“Excellent hotel - great location and facilities. Staff extremely friendly and accomodating. Breakfast options could benefit from more diverse range of fruits and certain items only available on specific days. Dinner menu while great could be more staple given the resort - dont aim for gournemt. Children’s salmon came overdozed in salt (not ok). Congierge while helpful needed prompting on occasions regarding our car (and waited 45min after requested for it when leaving). ”

“Résidence excellente. Appartement propre, lits faits. Tout le nécessaire. Rien à redire. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos petits enfants. Pistes à pied, piscine, sauna, hammam, salle de sport dans résidence super pratique après le ski. Et plusieurs boutiques et restaurants à pied. Séjour positif. ”

“A great base for ski- in and out with friendly staff and good food. Only negative was the dining arrangements which might be helped by allocating room numbers to tables as experienced in other hotels, and to have 2 set sittings to regulate and accommodate groups and the noise!”
