“Malcom the night Audit receptionist was excellent he moved me to a lovely room and fulfilled my request. If not i would have been very dissatisfied with the first room i was given. There are 3 things that must be placed in the room one is a fridge and the other is a toilet cleaning brush and a stand to put your suite case onto....other then this the breakfast was so delish and the staff in the restaurant did an excellent job. Thank you for making my stay a good one MALCOM especially 🇬🇷💙🏖🖐”

“A few niggles getting into my room but this was quickly rectified. Service was great. Alisha looked after me on arrival, and was very helpful. The lock on the door was faulty so she ensured this was sorted out as I needed to pop out. True to her word was resolved on return. Very friendly and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Room was nice and clean. Nice view of the brook from the window. No evening meals at the moment, but there are two pubs across the road, one of them offers a 10%...
