"Front desk was impossible to reach to address noise issue with other guests for over 4 hours. I couldn’t physically leave the room to go to the front desk in the middle of the night due to being alone with a young child in/out of sleep all night. Horrible smell in the room and hall (sewage) the entire stay. Hot tub was out of order. The restaurant wasn’t open on a Friday evening. The pool area was filthy with chewed gum and used bandaids in several areas. The room had trash present in the corner and a bathroom that didn’t look to be cleaned. The stopper in the bathtub also did not work preventing my young child from taking a bath. It was an overall terrible stay."

"The best part was the gym equipment. Breakfast was terrible no real options, the pool isn't even operational, the rooms had ratty sheets,no coffee, no cups, no shampoo or bar soap. The plus side is no bugs or drug addicts on site. "
