"We loved staying at this hotel and found the setting and scenery very beautiful. the hotel consists of little bungalows inside the forest, right next to the lake. I would like to see more information about the hotel services to be more readily available in the rooms and public areas (ie spa & other facilities). the pool should be renovated and enlarged. Also the hotel should provide some paddle boats and kayaks for rent so that people can enjoy the beautiful lake."

"We had an amazing stay at Jetwing Lake. What a beautiful and unique property with a stunning pool! It was so easy to visit Sigiriya and the Eco Park from there. The staff were amazing. And the food was excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets each night. A very big thanks to the amazing staff who always went out of their way to make out stay even more amazing: Imantha, Ekanayake, Shan, Ashada, Kasun, Udithi, Halangoda, Madushan, Trileeshiya, Gimhani, Priyantha, Rizky, and the best from the housekeeping team, Sampath. "The hotel was clean and well furnished. We had a balcony room which had fabulous view of the river, a great place for watching nature around you. It was very peaceful. The pool area is good with separate pool for toddlers. This also overlooks the river. The staff were excellent. All polite and helpful which you find a lot in Sri Lanka. The restaurant was buffet style and food good quality. We had an excellent 2 nights in Kandy. Hotel situated short distance from Town centre, uphill. Just a short ride in tuk tuk."
