“Very slow check in”

“Room had a strong smell of smoke. Worker while check in do not greet us or made eye contact. Breakfast lack food such as milk, fruit, etc.”

“Gross”

“The pool was nice!!!”

“There was no box of tissues and no soap at the bathroom sink”

“Comfortable befs”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even helped us with an early check in.”

“After checking in, we had trouble with getting the TV to work. A staff member came to our room and explained it was a new system. It took over half an hour by the staff member to get reception. Even after that we had trouble finding the stations we wanted to watch. The extra steps we had to take to find stations were ridiculous, There was no list of stations provided, and we had to search through the entire station menu until we found the station we wanted. I have never seen that kind of a setup...

“Stayed here just for one night but everything was excellent. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Water was not turned on in the bathroom. They turned it on and the next day the bathroom was flooded due to a leak. They threw some towels on the floor and walked away.”

“A truly wonderful experience. I’ve a short wife, she called and asked if she could get a step stool to help her get in bed. No problem. Breakfast was wonderful. We’ll be back”
