“The hotel was perhaps not the best choice for 80 year olds with some issues as the entrance to it is rather steep ! “The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. ”

“Hotel is in a central location a short walk to shops and bus station. The hotel itself is clean and all staff members a friendly and welcoming. The breakfast menu offers a good range of options all of which are prepared to order using good quality ingredients. The bedrooms are finished to a high standard many offering an outside balcony, with both a walk-in shower and separate bath. The hotel offers a lively outdoor area to both eat and drink as well as quiet areas to relax”

“very disappointed that having booked and paid for three nights at Cristina through expedia that when the the ferries were cancelled no consideration by either expedia or the hotel was given to me. I shall not be using either organisation again. You should be warned.”
