“Unique was the shower handle to turn the water on. Limited breakfast items, but what they had were good, including a unique pancake machine.”

“This is a great little place to stay between KC and STL. Its in a small quiet town with a few places to eat. The hotel has been renovated and my room was clean and comfortable. Support this local business!”

“I don’t have enough good things to say about this property. The rooms are very well cleaned and adequately maintained, despite it being an older property. The exterior is super cute and there are accommodating areas to gather, including a fire pit. It’s very quiet. The best thing about it is the manager. She is an absolute doll. “This was our first time staying at Walnut Waters. It was an absolute pleasure to meet the owners and stay at such a relaxing and well-appointed venue. One of the best experiences was enjoying the beautiful scenery while relaxing on the pond. ”

“I have no idea how this property has a good rating on the Expedia site. That was not our experience. The room was not clean with wrappers on the floor and a dirty towel on the shelf. We arrived later in the evening and when we got up the next morning all I wanted just wanted to get out of there. I did speak with the staff and she said I should have asked for another room. Lesson learned. No apology.”
