"Had a wonderul stay with family. My kid enjoyed the amenities around. We arrived early, but staff was very welcoming and provided us a early check in. Special mention to Sarath & Vijay, who made the welcoming special and helping with pool facilities. Place has a fantastic view of Banasura Sagar dam. Jogging track is also available near the shores of dam. Food was good, special thanks for chef for accomodating our requests. Overall nice resort, we enjoyed the stay."

"Very nice, modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were excellent, courteous, and made the stay feel welcoming. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The only area for improvement was noise, as there was a low humming sound from the bathroom ceiling and corridor noise could carry into the room at times. With a bit more attention to soundproofing, the guest experience would be even better."

"may have been a good hotel previously but now is rather shambolic . we had to move 3 club rooms within 3 days out of a 6 day stay . the first room we had a terrace that we shared with pigeons, crows and pigeon poo. came back to the room one afternoon to find a crow savaging through the room . the second room was next to an external event space which orevebted us from sleeping the whole night . management agreed to refund 2 nights stay . after 2 weeks we are still waiting for the refund. they found all the readons in the world not to refund the amounts to my card on the departure day. this was a terrible stay . this hotel simply destroyed my vacation "

"It was off season so quiet but you can imagine the staff were always helpful and attentive. Our room staff were very kind. The spa staff were excellent too, yoga and treatments. Manohar in the cocktail bar was absolutely charming. "

"Dear all at the Kumarakom Lake Resort, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your wonderful Lake Resort. Everyone at the resort, from start to finish, was ever so helpful. We especially enjoyed the gardens and the meandering pool the most. The afternoon tea in the garden and all the activities programmes arranged at the resort are excellent. The evening sunset trip on the lake and the music on the boat added to our enjoyment. A special mention of Kavi – his expertise with the camera phone was phenomenal and thought-provoking (at least to me!). Our dining experience at the multi-cuisine restaurant, with the variety of food offered and the quality of service, was amazing.
