"Pros: -beautiful scenery + beach + gardens -pool is extremely nice -paid amenities were fun and valuable Cons: -layout is very goofy and inconvenient -it smells like damp mildew everywhere that isnt a restaurant -staff is hit or miss -Wifi is stoneage level. 3mbps on moat of the property IF that... none at the beach. -evening entertainment in the lobby is poor -bars are slow / no swim up bar -communication for room service/amenities any issues that arise was often fully miscommunicated -food was totally hit or miss. Had GREAT nights and REALLY bad nights. We had fun... glad we did all there is to do here because I doubt we'd come back when Mexico is a superior option."

"The internet wasn’t great, works only in certain areas and it was slow. We also had flies in our bathroom that appeared to be coming from the drains. I complained about it on the first day but the flies kept coming back. Overall the hotel was great, food was good and the staff were great. "

They are very diligent and helpful, always following up on customers requests and overall satisfaction. All the staff is very commited always with a smile and willing to help. "
