“The bathroom facilities were in a bad state of repair One window did not have hinges to lock it in place and as it a windy night, the window was banging against the frame make a noise throughout the night. The door did not close properly because the door was not properly aligned to the frame. You had to bang it to get it shut. The side table was also used to keep tea making facilities. No side lamps Only one brand of tea was available ”
