“For the price you get a clean room with a/c, mini fridge, microwave, tv of course, iron & ironing board, hair dryer and NO coffee maker. I noticed they had big fans in the hallways. Not sure they have a/c in hallways. All rooms are reached from inside. They do have an elevator! I was a little concerned that one of the outer doors, accessible by keycard, was left cracked open.”

“Very nice, peaceful, rooms are very spacious and the breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety.”

“They had an actual key instead of a card which was a nice touch and real door handles. You don't see that anymore. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. The sauna was a huge whiskey berral and had a nice setting area to relax. 5 stars in my book.”

“Bob the manager, very friendly and very knowledgeable to direct you to the Alien Museum and to the Alien attractions.”

“Room was clean. Shower worked great. Bed was surprisingly very comfortable and channel selection was pretty good. Easy to have food dashed to us. Convenient to all of the attractions. Staff was very friendly. Loved the ability to park immediately in front of the room.”

“The room and bed were clean, super easy to get to. Felt like there were plenty of parking spots and the staff were super nice and helpful.”

“This hotel is maintained very well. Parking was adequate and close in to the hotel. Only drawbacks were the hand railing was loose, only the stairway leading to the first floor. Staff could explain or provide instruction sheet on the TV setup, I figured it out but it would be helpful for others. The room was clean and perhaps a mat near the doorway/entrance could be helpful to minimize debris accumulation from in and out traffic.Good coffee and continental breakfast offering.”

“I visit Ruidoso several times per year. This location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. This hotel is always clean and the employees are very friendly.”

“The place can be the best experience you can have if you put a little more care in the maintenance of the place and the cleanliness, that was horrible i had to go to waltmart for some cleaning wipes and sheets to sleep the sofa supposed to be white it was super dirty the thing that i did love was the location”

“The room was really nice. Only things that might need updating is the washer and dryer i had to do 3 cycles on the dryer ended up air drying clothes outside. They both didnt work as efficiently, and were super loud and shaky. Also the master bed need to be changed, the bed was thing and lopsided. Other than that, would definitely stay again.”

“Room was filthy, floors were dirty like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. Staff didn't want to give us clean towels the next day. Poor experience.”
