“Wonderful!”

“I honestly didn’t realize a chain hotel could be this bad. This place feels like it hasn’t been updated since the 1970s or 1980s, and the mattresses seem just as old. The rooms were dirty, and the floors still had visible dirt on them when we arrived. We had to change rooms even though we had reserved a non-smoking room because the rooms next to us were occupied by guests smoking marijuana, and the smell was overwhelming. The second room upstairs was a little better, but it still smelled like...

“Hotel is definitely aged, but it was well maintained. Night staff was hard to get ahold of at the front desk. Day staff was present and helpful. It was clean and free of any major issues.”

“Everything was Nice and Clean”

“The check in was fine. Room looked fine. However, when my husband lay on the bed we found the mattress was cracked about a third of the way across. Never seen anything like it. We don’t even know how someone could make the bed like that. Did no one report this cracked bed? Why would they just rent that out? But for sure we would not be able to sleep on that so we requested another room, which was given. That room turned out to be the one we had noticed earlier had an open door. We check the room...

“It was cozy and comfortable during my stay at the Hyatt hotel. And staffs at the counter, they always greeted me when I went in and out Speaking of foods, they provided fresh bread and fruits every morning, which helped me to do my job in USA And there were various kinds of restaurants around the hotel so that you could choose and taste any dishes you wanted in the evening Especially I needed a backpack for my business trips and found a nice and exact stationery shop and bought one. “The rooms are clean and the breakfast bar has been good. I have stayed here about four times over the past two years and the breakfast buffet is always good.”

“The place was over all RELAXING. It’s in a very quiet area. You don’t hear outside traffic or noise. I will definitely be back just for a relaxing stay. It was clean, the breakfast was fresh and good. Overall just a wonderful experience.”

“The room was relatively clean except for a half full water bottle sitting on the window ledge. There was a very noticeable spot on the bedskirt.. looked like something spilled. The check-in staff was efficient but not overly friendly such a change from Starkville…everyone is so friendly. The check-out employee was wonderful. Overall a good place to stay. I prefer staying in Starkville over Columbus.”
