“The location was great. Quiet and friendly staff. Hotel rooms are of a very good standard. Breakfast was a fantastic.”

“The biggest problem is the light in the bathroom. When I washed in the shower booth, the light was turn off automatically(but it's too short time.. maybe about 10 minutes or less than 10 minutes?). There was really dark and it was scaring. And whenever I opened the door of dorm, other people were waken by the noise from the door(because it's too old). Also there were so many ants in the kitchen and dishes were very unclean. But young guy Staff was really friendly and kind and the location is...

“This hostel is perfect for travellers doing a guided outback tour. You can leave your big luggage there for free and they offer super early breakfast, because the tour operators pick you up early morning usually.”

“The place looked abandoned & not open. Absolutely zero communication from the host about checkin process. The property had no access, was surrounded by a high wall & had high grass surrounding it on all sides. I repeat - it looked abandoned & very sketchy. My husband decided not to even stay there because it did not look to be in a safe area. We went to the Hilton Doubletree instead, which is a lovely hotel in Alice. I cannot recommend anything at all about VATU Sanctuary. ”
