“There was no hot water the night we checked in. Also, there was not enough water pressure to run the cold shower. There was also only one person working which made check in very long. The staff (1) that was there was very helpful and good to work with, but she was stretched over numerous responsibilities Breakfast was good and tasty. Based on recent stay, we would be hard pressed to stay there the next time in Pella. Great location for golfing and getting around town.”

“There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working ”
