“There are no pet friendly hotels in Knoxville so we were very happy to find this pretty house for our stay when back for a family funeral. Pros: ample parking, good location, very clean, large space, nice kitchen, large yard, DISH TV, pet friendly, rapid response from owner, sleeps multiple people Cons: sleeps multiple people but only 1 key provided, couches don’t face TV, 2 BRs have no doors so there is privacy only for people in upstairs BR, outlet in basement bath not working ”

“The decor in the rooms is nice but a hodgepodge. It’s one of those motels that has been updated recently enough for things to be fresh and clean but you can tell the work wasn’t professional. Picture included. Staff super friendly and helpful. Clean. Beds super nice. Would stay here again. They have the full range of hot and cold hotel fare for breakfast. Hot tub hot. The total temp in the pool area was too warm though. Happy to find a hot tub however, they are few and far between. Quiet. Nice...

“Love staying here during the Nationals. They are always friendly and take care of us. The housekeeper always makes sure we have fresh towels and wash rags. The liquor store and cigar shop connected is a bonus.”
