“Went for a baseball tournament, place is clean and quiet. Had a nice stay”

“Bathroom in need of repair. Tub seemed unstable and adjacent floor was likely rotted. That being said it was ok; price was in line with condition.”

“Our experience there was awesome. It was nice and quiet. Close by to food, gas, and groceries. The drive to Cooperstown is scenic and not to far. Clean and friendly service. The water is hot and stays hot, so very relaxing after a day at the ballfield. ”

“This accommodation worked great for us. Great location for a ride on the Erie Canal Trail. It isn’t a fancy place but has eating and antiques nearby. There is a working kitchen for those who want to cook or make coffee and a living area separate from bedroom. You will find a do it yourself bike shop area across the street in the mill across the street.
