"The bungelos were extremely unique at this resort, vary spacious, nice bed and very sound proof. This is a family resort, they have alot of activities going on even into the night. The 2 pools are kinda small for the amount of people when the property is full. There is not enough lounges for everyone, got to get there early to throw your towel on some to reserve. "This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, smelled terrible, and looked nothing like the photos. The food was awful—cold, tasteless, and clearly not fresh. The whole place felt neglected and unhygienic. I would never stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this property."

"Nice, central hotel. Close to the Medina and marina. The room was large and comfortable, though tired looking. The buffet breakfast was plentiful. Tables were not always clean, I guess it is out of season and there are fewer staff. Overall a good option."

"The staff are terrible they required a lot of training to be able to communicate professionally with the guests, also to learn how to be friendly and welcoming. This applicable on all the staff starting from the reception, bar and restaurant. The hotel is very nice, it deserves a nice staff not like the existing one."
