"This hotel has a lot of positives, great location, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. The hotel is steps away from the central train station. A very busy area, however with windows closed our room was very quiet. Our main negative, we booked the Executive room with canal view. The description says it sleeps 4, however our room was very small with only 1 chair. I had to go down to guest services twice to get another chair sent up. The description on the website showed a loveseat. Our room was so small, there was no room for a loveseat hardly enough to walk around with the 2 chairs. Definitely the website and the room we booked did not match the room we were given. We were very dissapointed!! "

"Breakfast was average, not much choice, but okay. Room was clean, shower 🚿 very good, had trouble with the plug in the basin, water kept running away, again I managed. And the shuttle service was very good. "

"Every aspect of the hotel was spot on no faults. Even when I was emailing the evening before my arrival to arrange something nice in our room to surprise and celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. "the pictures of the lobby are accurate but the rooms are much smaller and don't have storage. it was cosy and comfy and clean so was okay for a few nights"
