“We stayed 3 nights and there was zero hot water and the office girls didn’t seem to care.No effort was made to repair the system.The water was very cold.We ended up getting a room in town so we could have hot showers.”

“Yeah, you have a beautiful view onto the Mekhong River and the Laos mountains, but it’s difficult to believe that this hotel is only 5 years old. Its design and choice of building materials make it look more like vintage 1970’s to 1990’s, and it’s condition (especially bathrooms) is already bad. The worst, however, are the mattresses. It might be equally comfortable to sleep on the floor as on the “hard-like-a-brick” bed. Would definitely not stay here again if/when coming to Nakhon Phanom again...

“I think it's a really good hotel to stay. Cleaning staffs and dining staffs are very kind and friendly. I hope next time when I visit this hotel, the young staffs at the front can speak English well. ”
