“The hotel has an old-fashioned feel, but that’s common for East Coast hotels, so nothing particularly special. The room condition and overall cleanliness were decent. It was inconvenient that there was only one elevator going down to the underground parking lot. The staff were friendly, especially the valet staff who kindly helped us with our car issue. Very close to Yale.”

“Hotel is terrible outdated. My room had a clean bathroom, but there were holes in one of the room walls and lots of water damage on the ceiling. Room also had a strange smell. Walls were paper-thin making it difficult to sleep. Bed was stated a queen, but my husband swore it was not that big. Checkout staff was fine, check in staff was not very friendly. Checked out a day early, will never go back.”

“The front desk guy waited for a shift change to start checking people in. It's good that they allow pets but, only 1 of the stations actually had bags. There weren't any water fountains so, you had to purchase from the vending machine. Finally, the rooms are worn down with multiple patch jobs and smelled of drugs. There were a few areas that I can tell housekeeping didn't clean because there was residue of something on the controls, phones, and light switches. Cheap and you get what you pay for.”

“A Safe, Quiet Overnight Stay, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement We stayed here as a family for a quick overnight stop, so we were not expecting a five-star hotel experience. However, the cleanliness of the room could definitely be improved. At check-in, the front desk attendant was very short and not particularly personable. There was very little explanation or friendly interaction. I was told that a deposit was required, which I was not aware of beforehand, although I may have missed it in...

“Expedia sent the wrong room type to the hotel so I ended up with a smaller bed. They were sold out so I couldn’t change rooms and Expedia refused to help or refund. The hotel is in need of love. Both of our lamps were broken and glued back together in our room. Mold in the shower and all the caps to the shower rails were not secure. The pool looked murky. Breakfast was pretty good with a variety of items. ”

“It was an ok place just to stay one night to catch a flight in the morning. Beds were not comfortable, I could feel springs poking into my back. The room appeared to be clean.”

“The room assigned was not cleaned we asked them to change it and they were not happy at all. Breakfast was not refilled and people were complaining. Bad smell The tub did not drain properly”

“Check in was weird, guy gave my 10 year old daughter a dirty and weird look that she was asking to leave as she was so scared. Ceilings were peeling off, paint was coming off”
