“방도 깨끗하고, 직원들도 친절히 잘 대해 주었습니다. 마나과에 새벽 2시 비행기로 도착하였지만 미리 연락해서 받은 셔틀 서비스로 편안하고 안전하게 숙소에 도착할 수 있었습니다.(5달러 비용) 방은 청결하고 에어컨이 있어서 여름 날씨에도 시원하고 편하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 무료로 제공하는 조식도 좋았고, 다음날 다른지역으로 이동하는 교통편도 마련해주어서 전반적으로 매우 만족했던 호텔입니다.”

“숙소도 창고옆에 줘서 뷰도 별로였고 체크인할때 두명의 직원이 있었음에도 불구하고 기다리는 줄 알면서 우리가 먼저 요청할때까지 아는 척도 안해서 기분이 나빴음 몇번 마나과 호텔이 편해 이용했지만 이젠 이용허지 않을 것 같아요”

“Great property, good looking grounds, the staff were friendly and hard working. It's a shame i was there during this Covid outbreak and so the hotel and city were empty. My room wasn't the greatest in the sense that the shower didn't work quite well and the hand and face towels we were given were stained and hence looked dirty and were actually NOT changed when the room was serviced.”

“My experience with this hotel was awful from the beginning. I had booked three rooms for the night. Upon arrival they informed me that I had booked my rooms through Expedia and Expedia never sent them the reservation so they didn’t have our rooms. They wanted to offer me two rooms to accommodate all 5 adults. “Clean, comfortable, but with the rooms surrounding the pool, it can be noisy and wet. The thing that turned me off was the bird cage kept outside the rooms. Not only is it unnecessary and cruel to keep creatures in cages for human amusement, these parrots squawk incessantly for hours on end. ”
