"My family and I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat and it was a great experience! It was our first family trip after having our baby and the staff was AMAZING! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel is very charming and welcoming. You can tell that it is a bit older but not in a negative way. All facilities were clean and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family! "

"I was incredibly happy I chose this location. The suite that I stayed in is HUGE (far more space than I needed!), it was comfortable, and had easy access to the city. Most importantly, though, was the quality of the service. I interacted with three different representatives at the hotel, and all three were excellent and helpful. In fact, one gentleman hailed a cab for me to take to the airport and negotiated a good rate on my behalf. I would definitely recommend the Midan Hotel Suites."

"Place is in a good location, many accesable places near by to can spend some time, however its quite disappointing during my stay as the steam bath was under repair and its 1 of the main reason why i choose to stay in this hotel. Hence, all are excellent"

"I like the staff, especially Fatimah from the reception, she is careful about the details, very helpful and makes things easier and more smoothly. The hotel is connected to the mall. The area is very good; there are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. "The hotel is kind of next to the airport:) I was really worried when we arrived early morning with loud music welcoming us, but our room was quiet. Sonia at the restaurant was lovely, we enjoyed her sense of humour and she really looked out for us, as we tend to hang out by the pool and she arranges our drinks and food beautifully. The hotel is a bit far far from the city but everyone were friendly and helpful. "
