“Stayed 2 days at dreamworld Resort. Biggest disappointment was Breakfast, as it was limited. Not properly cleaned dishes and utensils. Too salty 1st day, no water (purchase able) , only Lassi (watered down) and English tea/ coffee, no roti/ paratha, only bread and poori (پوری) Maintenance room service horrible (45 mins and 3 calls to get 2nd set of towels) . Day 2, call service was down for 20 hours. (2 rounds to reception, and a call to get iron delivered) Checkin is 3 pm. And takes...

“세탁을 맡긴 것이 호텔의 landary 정책상 표기 되어있던 스케줄을 맞춰서 온 적이 한 번도 없고, 하루씩 늦게 세탁이 도착 하였으며, 결국 그 중에 한번은 세탁물이 도착하지 못하여 체크아웃 시간이 지연, 참석해야 하는 회의에 늦음. 호텔스닷컴으로 다 결제를 하고 갔는데도 로비에서 실수로 추가로 숙박비 결제를 함. 이를 발견하고 환불 요청을 했더니, 24시간이 지나서 신용카드 결제 취소가 안된다며 300불에 달하는 금액을 현지화 현금으로 환불 해 줌. 아침식사 부실하고 호텔내 편의시설 전혀 없음. 매우 불만족.”

“I would not recommend this property to anyone due to my bad experience, Room was not clean and the washroom was in very poor condition. Overall the cleanliness and maintenance were far below expectations.”

“The front desk agreed to cancel my reservation and issue a refund, but I have still not received my money. The hotel directed me to Expedia, although the payment appears to be held by the hotel. I would not recommend paying in advance through online booking sites.”

“Room was clean but looks old. Specially bath room old fashion like in 70s. Bath towels needs to replace with better quality. Breakfast was good and staff very cooperative. It's not same standard i was expecting 2.5 or 3 star hotel and motels.”

“It was fine. But is in a residential area. The company also runs several other guest houses. If Is really not a hotel. There is not even a sign outside saying it is s hotel. It is just un marked building in a residential area. I went to the address given on reservation. They shipped me to another location they run. Not good after having been in planes and airports traveling for two days. ”
