The staff all spoke perfect English, which I certainly don't expect when I travel abroad but it makes the stay much easier. "Although I didn’t get a room upgrade they sent a lovely box of chocolates and a note apologizing they couldn’t accommodate the upgrade. What an absolutely stunning and phenomenal staff! Everyone at front desk was excellent! All cheerful, well-mannered and very helpful! From printing out a document I needed, to recommendations and turning air down to 18, etc."

"A historic and charming location and domain; efficient, friendly and personalized service; excellent quality standards. Rooms and bathrooms are big and comfortable. The restaurant is a real plus. Delicious food, wine and impeccable service for an overall affordable price. One minus: the spa is not free of charge (this should be said in the description in hotels.com) and it costs the ludicrous amount of 60 euros for 50 minutes. Despite that, a much recommended hotel. "
