“Every aspect of my stay was fantastic. There was only 1 thing that could've been improved. The shower head. Having experience as a plumber, I can assure you that there's no issue with water pressure. However the flow from the shower head was weak. For me, not a big issue. But as you well know, if an occupant has shower complaints, it can tarnish overall reviews! Suggestion: once every 3 months have maintenance remove shower heads, soak them in CLR or a similar product to remove mineral deposits....

“Clean”

“This is an older Hotel , the walls in our room had patch repair half done, the electric plugs need attention. The complimentary breakfast was not that good, Lastly the coffee was not that good, On the flip side the beds were ok but not great, The staff had a full Hotel to deal with due to the hurricane. They did a good job in a difficult situation !”

“Due to system issues, we were unable to check in for over 40 minutes.”

“Very sad Baymont I have stayed in many and this was bad”

“Very smelly and dirty”

“I was traveling solo with my dog, & booked this last minute; I have to say, it was better than I thought it’d be. The staff were receptive, & welcoming, the room was clean enough, & the hot water/water pressure was Exactly what I needed after a long day of driving. It was quiet, not many people even though there was apparently a football game going on that night, & the fact that the rooms open right into the parking lot helped with getting my dog in & out.”
