For someone who wants the experience of a full five star hotel luxury amenities and service — Vidago Palace is your choice. Starting with the greeting at the royal entrance of the palace and exceptional reception service and ending with the spa treatments everything makes you feel like royalty😂 Not to mention their excellent breakfast and a Michelin star dinner we had for a special occasion. And of course a magic park surrounding the palace.

I loved this hotel so much! I did not want to leave. I actually felt very down the day we checked out. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels but never had such impeccable care. It was above and beyond. My husband and I stayed four nights and had a very positive experience. The staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early. The hotel has a low density in terms of number of rooms and a relaxing atmosphere was prevalent. The breakfast buffet (included in price) was excellent and provided a good variety of good quality choices. Nice welcome drink and bottle of wine, parking was about 200 yards away and you had to cross the street, no lift to get luggage upstairs.

The hotel was safe and in a very convenient location for shopping and eating. I would stay there again.

We are in awe of the extraordinary service we received from the second we arrived. This is a beautiful hotel, and the view from our rooms and the main deck are exquisite. This is only to be surpassed by the hotel staff. They are more than friendly, very helpful and quite gracious. We have never experienced such amazing service. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for 7 nights in the middle of December, 2009. My wife and I really enjoyed this place. The staff was very helpful and the breakfest buffet was something we looked forward to every morning, great American coffee and the pastries were so good!
