Excellent stay all around! The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and helping book tours. The facilities were all clean and comfortable, and it was a perfect place to stay in Port Douglas.

Lovely staff, clean and modern hotel

This was a very nice hotel! Nicely equipped kitchen, nice big shower, comfortable bed with extra blanket! The best was the washer and dryer in our room! The location in cbd was perfect. Close to shopping! I would recommend and would definitely stay here again if ever in Brisbane

I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was. The staff were brilliant, kind and helpful. The hotel room was beautiful and had everything you would expect and more. The in-room dining for dinner and breakfast was first class. Thank you for such a restful and first class experience.

Large, very comfortable room. Great location. Very quiet…didn’t hear any other guests in adjoining rooms for our entire stay. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The room was very clean and room had everything we needed

The apartment was clean, quiet, and spacious. The location is very convenient, with many nearby restaurants, and grocery stores, and a quick 10 minute walk to the South Bank parklands, 25 minutes walk to downtown. The area felt very safe, and we enjoyed using the pool and BBQ area amenities. The only thing to note is that there are limited supplies provided (enough for 2 dishwasher and 2 laundry loads) and no basics such as oil, salt, or pepper, so if you're booking for a longer stay or planning...

Staff are awesome and recent updates to furniture and blinds excellent.

We stayed for three nights over the Christmas holidays, the height of summer. We loved this resort, and our villa was amazing. Our daughter lived in the pool while my husband and I tried to get cool in the AC. Our complaints are similar to others here... the villa wasn't super clean when we checked in. It really just needed to be refreshed and swept. There were a lot of cobwebs and spiders/spider dirt in the corners and the floors were dirty. Liked it all. Dining at the Tavern was not great - food was good and reasonably priced, environment was not good - gambling, what appeared to be an intoxicated person lying on the sidewalk near the entrance door on 2 occasions - belongings scattered and rolling cigarettes or an other item.

Extremely convenient location, with a local restaurant, walking distance to the riverfront, as well as pubs and shops. The convenience store is across the street,
