just perfect and will definitely be my local overnight getaway, hospitality, staff go above and beyond and such positive energy, thankyouโ
โGOOD: the main pool for kids and family, restaurant & bar were all good. Room was clean and well-managed. Staffs were all friendly.
BAD: Free wifi was only activated in the lobby (reception area), and was not available in my room. An insect came in my room via the bottom of the door.โ
โCheap quick and the closest to where I was to find somewhere to have a shower and sleep after 24 hours of driving the room was great when I get back up there again I will be making another booking to stay here again โ
โGreat place to stay.The apartments were very well appointed and clean with everything in them you could possibly need.The gardens around them and the pool area were impeccably maintained and the manager couldnt have been more helpful.Have stayed preciously and will stay again . Just one small thing.....Freezer in fridge could have done with defrost.

โWe had a great time at Paradise on the Beach Resort. Everything was clean and tidy and it was perfectly located right across the beach, close to all the shops and restaurants.

โBest trip and hotel in the world! The employees are kind and super accommodating. Donโt need to worry about anything they are organised e.g. they booked a shuttle for me and I didnโt even provide any details and they came into the airport to find me. Food is amazing at Alucco and room service was amazing too! We will be staying here again very soon! โ
"Positive Experience:
This was my third time staying at this hotel in Cairns, and once again, it was a pleasant experience overall. I arrived early in the morning, and a kind Japanese staff member at the front desk went out of their way to assist me with an early check-in for an additional fee. Thanks to them, I was able to settle in comfortably after a long flight.
Moreover, as I had requested in advance, I was given a room at the corner side with the best view, which I truly appreciated. It made my stay even more enjoyable.
Areas for Improvement:
However, there were a few disappointing aspects during this visit.
Firstly, the shower gel in the bathroom was completely empty, with only a bit of water left inside. Iโm not sure whether the previous guest used it all or took it, but it seemed the housekeeping staff had not checked or refilled it before my arrival. This is something that definitely needs more attention.
Secondly, after checking out the next day, I was informed that my swimming trunks had been blown off and had fallen to a lower level. When I asked about retrieving them, I was simply told that it was difficult since check-ins were ongoing. The response felt rather dismissive.
In particular, the female staff member at the front desk in the afternoon did not seem very willing to help, which left me slightly disappointed. One of the main reasons I"
