“어린아이들이 있어 리조트, 올인클루시브 자주 이용하는데 음식은 가본 곳 중 최고였어요. 깨끗하고 편안하고 전체적으로 아주 좋았어요. 직원들이 다른 리조트에 비해 전체적으로 엄청 프렌들리하진 않지만 그렇다고 불진철한 건 아니라 불편하진 않았어요. 다만 딱 한명 조식부페에서 팁을 요구한 어처구니 없는 직원이 있었네요ㅎㅎ 친절한 직원들도 많아서 그럴땐 알아서 팁을 주는데 별로 한 것도 없는 직원이 갑자기 밥먹는데 다가와서 주머니에서 유로동전 잔뜩 넣은 비닐을 꺼내 보여주며 팁을 당당히 요구ㅎㅎ 현금 없다고 하니 정색하며 내일 가져오라고까지 하네요. 아 다시 쓰면서도 황당합니다. 호텔측에 정식으로 항의할까 하다가 말았어요. 그 직원만 아니면 100% 만족인데 아쉬워요. ”

“Great Hotel service Good reception, , I was pleased to meet the hotel manager Mr. Hamada and he was explaining the hotel facilities to us , Also the hotel provide excellent cleaning, Mr. Shoukry the rooms manager is doing great efforts following all needs and requests . the room is well maintained , the facilities are great , good food , good Cooktail service. Good shuttle service to the beach , ”

“숙소가 아주 멋있었습니다 일단 들어가자마자 조경이 멋졌고 수영장도 아주 맘에 들었습니다 워터슬라이드도 이용해보고 싶었으나 추워서 못해봐서 아쉬웠습니다 오전 요가프로그램 저녁 공연프로그램 등 다양한 활동이 있고 각 팀별 직원들이 돌아다니며 홍보하고 설명해줍니다 대부분의 직원들이 친절했으나 어떤 직원은 저희가 지나갈때 차이나!!!라고 외쳐서 기분이 나빴습니다 ”

“We stayed one night after a week of scuba diving the seed Sea. It was a nice way to finish up our trip. Rides were fun, good choices were old Rufus and the grounds were very pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us early check in and allowed us to dine in a restaurant even though we didn't have reservations. ”

“서비스는 굉장히 좋아요! 이용할 수 있는 레스토랑과 바가 다양하고 수영장도 많습니다. 다만 룸 내의 화장실 청소가 부족했어요. ”
