“Super helpful staff at check in who helped sort a problem that I created ! But they were kind and nothing g was too much trouble to sort. Same with staff in bar and restaurant. Comfy room and great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.”

“The inn was okay and the staff were nice. Couldn’t sleep though which is the point of a hotel. Had a road facing room and could hear every single car as it sped by. Torture. The shower was also maybe the worst I’ve had in the last 5 years of constant travel. Felt like someone held a pinched hose over me and there was no water pressure at off peak shower times. ”

“We stay here regularly whilst visiting family. I love it because everyone is very friendly, the beds are super comfy and there is a bath in the bathroom. It's walking distance into town even after a few drinks in the very reasonably priced bar! It's dog friendly too. Big carpark and surprisingly quiet after the bar closes. Usually football on the TV in the bar which keeps my husband happy (depending on play...) 😅 The Highfield is always our first choice when planning to come to Boro.”

“the room was spotlessly clean the guy(staff)on the desk was very helpful in telling us were to park as theres no carpark attached to the hotel .we had tp pay for parking on a carpark over the road .the location is spot on as its practically on sea front and on main row of bars and shops .the bed was really comfy and peaceful no noise at all .enjoyed our stay ”

“Basic but clean and comfortable, decent value for the price. Each apartment is 2-bed so kitchen and bathroom are only shared with one other guest room. Was upgraded from single to a double for no extra charge. The people upstairs were up all night but that could happen anywhere.”
