“The hotel is great for kids! They had a great time! However one person on the staff was very rude! They told my wife that she needed a wristband in order to sit in the pool area. I said: NO PROBLEM… But than I noticed that some of the white guess didn’t have a waistband. Keep in mind… that we’re the only black family. I took out my phone and recorded the folks without wristbands and showed it to the lady at the front desk! I didn’t make a scene and told her that: if you’re going to enforce the...

“Breakfast was nonexistent. No fruit or yogurt just toast, English muffins and boiled eggs.”

“The staff are amazing! I had called to let them know that we’d have a late check-in and had to call back twice since we kept being delayed. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Checking in after 1:00 am and finding spotless rooms, comfortable beds and updated bathrooms was so nice. Breakfast was good—loved making the mini waffles!”

“Room was okay for the price. However shower was a disaster. Not enough water pressure to even move the water up to the shower head. Had to take shower with the hand held unit which was also weak. They really to fix this. Only reason I don't give the stay an "Excellent"”

“Hotel was right off the highway, so was very noisy. Room was dingy and very outdated. Toilet barely flushed, there were ants in the bathroom. The sheets seemed cleaned, but bed was very uncomfortable. My card quit working for no reason, so I had to go to the office to reactivate it. I bought a pop from the vending machine. It was all sticky and was barely cold. I did not feel safe leaving my belongings in the room, so I took them with me whenever I left.”

“Light and outlet over the sink was not working. Room hall light did not work. Door from parking lot to hotel was inoperable. Floors in bathroom were not clean. The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night for about 30 seconds. The breakfast was good.”

“The room smelled like cigarettes and there was no soap in the bathroom when we arrived. The front desk woman was very pleasant when we checked in.”

“The lobby room was very clean although the bathroom there which is also the breakfast area bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The breakfast was only cereal, milk, apples, packaged muffins, apple juice, coffee, tea. The room was well cleaned and no bugs!!! Worth staying there just for that aspect. We got a lower level room and it was moldy smelling but we don't regret staying there because the price was the best we could find, location was great.”
