“Food was not the best . There’s so many great properties that offer amazing and authentic Jamaican food whilst also providing the Jamaican feel we all know and love . This property was not effective in providing that. I had An amazing experience with a few staff members! Notably Georgia at the jerk hut near the beach . she was awesome!”

“Our safe didn't work. Maintenance didn't fix it. The food is a hit or miss. Alot of things were over done. Our room attendant kept our room immaculate. The entertainment was exciting. I looked forward to my 12pm water exercise every day and the many water sports. The show were great. I just found that alot of the activities online wasn't available. on site. Overall I had a great experience.”

“Most of the staff were super helpful and most were very friendly. The place itself is very old and needs to be upgraded. The boat needs to be replaced, engine stopped while we were out in the ocean. It was scary for my family but the staff on board were resilient. It was not their fault. The boat is super old. The gym equipment is very old, needs upgrade.
