“The hotel location is excellent to walk everywhere - beach, restaurants, shops. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable, especially Elena. The room was spacious, clean and had everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. The breakfast is improved from last year and has more options to choose from. The restaurant staff could improve in greeting clients and restaurant cleanness.”

“This was our first time staying on the French side, at Esmeralda. Overall, it is a decent resort; it consists of small villages, each containing four guest rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, and every village shares a swimming pool among its four units. The resort grounds feature a French restaurant serving very delicious food. Super confortable, les draps la couette. Tout est parfait! Seule amelioration a apporter: Il faut équiper cet hébergement d'un support pour sécher le linge! C'est vraiment requis. “The room good, very clean.the kitchen was not good. No coffee pot, only espresso. You had to hold the toaster down manually. Only 1 outlet so you could only use1 appliance at a time.no hot water in the sink. The hotel itself was clean but the whole surrounding area was littered with rubbish. ”

“This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted with the friendliest reception staff. The entire week that was carried through with every staff member we encountered. Our room was very clean and daily housekeeping kept it sparkling all week. The grounds are gorgeous and the walk through the gardens to the beach took my breath every time. We are already planning our return trip next year. ”

“We had the best time at Villa Jwi Lavi! It was in a quiet gated community, but very close to restaurants, shops and beaches. We rented a car and there were plenty of spaces for parking. Our hosts were kind and accommodating! The room was spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and sea. I definitely recommend this wonderful place! ”

“The one lady who checked in was really nice but the other manager/owner? Was the rudest, most angry, unprofessional person I've ever seen in the hospitality industry. We honestly were made very uncomfortable and booked another hotel around the corner. While the villa is nice it's really a gilded mansion with very minimal if not gauche interior design, just an afterthought. Felt very soulless. ”
