“It’s an OK property, dated rooms and very inconvenient 10 am check out with a little or no flexibility.”

“Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time.”

“We had a wonderful stay during our 6 day trip to Sint Maarten. Several times during our trip we commented to each other how much we were hoping we could make a return trip. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Our room ( junior suite) was spacious clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the free parking and the included breakfast. The beach bar served good food ( try the bbq chicken!) and made great drinks. It was so nice to have the breach bar and 3 other restaurants on...

“The front desk has some shining stars. Others are pretty dull. Did not know that our booking “did not come with cleaning” despite being a week long. Cleaning staff was sub par. All of the bar staff was amazing. They kept the vibes going, and were super helpful. Cabana restaurant was a hit or miss but they had a few gems there as well. Property is right on the water and the pool Is fun with a few swim up seats. Overall a 7/10 for me.”
